Co-founded by creative visionary Jayce Cruz and savvy business strategist Olivia Shoberg, Booked & Busy was born out of a shared passion for blending functionality with artistry. What started as a simple idea during a casual conversation between our founders during a workday at their day jobs has grown into a brand dedicated to helping people turn their dreams into actionable plans.

With Jayce’s eye for detail and artistic flair, paired with Olivia’s knack for strategy and connection, Booked & Busy creates thoughtfully designed digital planners, whimsical stickers, and organizational tools that make productivity feel effortless and inspiring. Our Founders
At the heart of Booked & Busy are two passionate creatives who turned their love for planning and creativity into a thriving business. Meet Jayce, our Artistic Director, and Olivia, our Business Director—together, they’re the dynamic duo behind everything you love about Booked & Busy.
About Jayce
Jayce is a proud wife, mother of two, and a dog mom. She has lived in multiple states throughout the country and often travels to visit family. Having run a thriving sticker and planner business prior to her job in the education industry, she always knew that when she restarted her planning career, she'd have to make the transition to digital to fulfill the requests of her current and former customers. When Olivia, the business professional, joined the same department as Jayce, Booked & Busy became a reality!

Jayce has perfected her creative abilities through time and practice - her handwriting and illustrations are the backbone of the business, after all. When she's not devouring book after book or doting on her family, she is hard at work constructing her personal and professional masterpieces.
About Olivia
Olivia is a proud wife, cat mom, and aspiring witch. She has an undergraduate degree in hospitality and a master's degree in business/marketing, and spent the past 8 years working as a marketing director. Her love of content creation, social media, and analytics prompted her to seek out a freelance career in the field after transitioning from the financial industry to the education industry. When her new job introduced her to Jayce, the creative mastermind, their next move was obvious: Booked & Busy!
Olivia enjoys several creative hyper-fixations, like diamond painting, coloring, and nail art, in addition to being an avid reader, writer, chef, and video gamer. Her love of all things magical inspired her to begin digital planning and journaling in her free time, and the rest is history.
